Covid 19 mediation policy and remote mediations policy
Clearwater Mediation sets out a transparent fixed fee structure below. It includes time for preparation and mediation from 10 am – 6 pm. We charge for overtime.
Should mediation take place in person, the travel time and expenses will be incorporated into the mediation fee. Note the fee structure below pertains to disputes relating to two parties. Should a dispute arise with more than two parties, please contact us for a tailored quote.
Mediation Option A
€1250.00
plus VAT per party to a mediation
-Mediation from 10 am – 6 pm
–Two-party dispute
-If mediation takes place in person, expenses and travel time are incorporated in addition to the mediation fee
-VAT is payable on all fees
Fees include a bespoke service accounting for mediator’s fees and a preparation time of four hours.
Note: Payment must be made 7 days in advance, and parties are required to return the signed Agreement 7 days in advance.
Mediation Option B
If there are more than two parties to A dispute
