Due to the quickly escalating situation regarding COVID-19, Jack Heathwood founder of Clearwater Mediation, has had to take the decision that face to face mediations are no longer available for the time being.
Jack has an infant in his family and the infant is therefore unvaccinated. This makes the infant susceptible to Coronavirus if exposed. Therefore this policy has been created to off-set the risk of bringing Coronavirus back to the home.
Jack therefore requests all parties to consider remote mediation. Jack has experience in both managing remote mediations and exercising the right skills for the remote process to be efficient and effective.
